A Multi-Functional Garden Room By BuildTech
This project features a modern, fully compliant garden room designed for year-round use. Finished with a clean brick exterior and aluminium sliding doors, it integrates seamlessly into the garden while offering a durable, low-maintenance solution. The traditional build approach also allows the structure to maximise available space from boundary to boundary, something typically not achievable with modular or self-assembly garden rooms.
The main room is bright and spacious, enhanced by large glazed openings and high-quality insulation. Finished with durable flooring and electric heating, the space is suitable for use as a home office, gym or relaxation area. A built-in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors provides practical storage while increasing the sense of space.
The project includes a fully fitted, compliant bathroom complete with shower, toilet and wash basin. Finished with large-format wall tiles, patterned flooring and modern black fixtures, the space is compact, efficient and designed for everyday use. A heated towel radiator adds additional comfort.
An integrated traditional timber sauna, finished in beautiful black alder timber in both panelling and benching, creates a dedicated wellness space. It is positioned conveniently beside the bathroom for ease of use.
A separate external-access storage room provides secure space for tools and garden equipment, keeping the main area uncluttered.
