In-house architectural design team producing budget-aligned drawings for planning and construction. All designs developed within confirmed client budgets — no overdesigning outside your means.
Structural Engineers
Structural Engineering
In-house structural engineering ensures structural issues are identified and resolved at the design stage — before they become costly problems on site. Cert A and Cert B sign-off managed internally.
Planning Consultants
Planning Team
Manages all planning applications from pre-planning consultation to grant of permission. Experienced in Dublin City and County Council requirements. Most applications submitted correctly first time.

Energy Team
SEAI-registered energy upgrade specialists managing deep retrofit, solar PV, heat pump, and insulation projects across Dublin. Full SEAI grant application managed end-to-end on your behalf.
