Single Storey Flat Roof Rear Extension Castleknock

This spacious rear extension was created to allow for a bright additional living space for the homeowner. The project brief included skylights, horizontal windows, large double doors and windows, trocal roof finish, paving, light landscaping, heating, LVT flooring. Special care was taken with the energy rating of the extension to ensure the high BER rating of A3 was maintained.
