This Project consisted of a 48 sqm side extension onto to a fantastic detached house in Malahide. The new extension included a larger kitchen living space, bathroom, utility room and sitting room. Buildtech worked in conjunction with the clients Architect and structural engineer to complete this build on this sloping raised site.
