Sandymount Seafront Renovation

The client approached Buildtech to fully refurbish a seafront property in Sandymount, modernising the interior and elevating the overall finish to a premium contemporary standard while respecting the character of the original home.

This project included full new flooring throughout, complete bathroom upgrades with premium sanitaryware and bespoke finishes, full interior decoration, and high-quality tiling and joinery throughout. New windows and doors were fitted to improve comfort and energy performance, along with roof works to improve longevity and weather protection.

Landscaping and external improvements were also carried out to enhance the connection to the seafront setting, with internal repairs and refinements to improve structure and day-to-day use.
