Buildtech recently completed the full refurbishment of a beautiful seafront property in Sandymount, a home with incredible coastal views and huge potential.
Our brief was to modernise the interior, improve functionality, and elevate the overall finish to a premium contemporary standard, all while respecting the character of the original home.
This comprehensive renovation included:
- Full new flooring throughout the property
- Complete bathroom upgrades, including premium sanitaryware, tiling and bespoke finishes
- Full interior decoration, with high-quality painting and detailing
- New windows and doors, improving both comfort and energy performance
- Roof works to improve longevity and weather protection
- Landscaping and external improvements, enhancing the connection to the seafront setting
- Internal repairs and refinements to improve structure, comfort, and day-to-day use
- High-quality tiling and joinery, bringing cohesion and a refined aesthetic throughout
