Rear Extension and Renovation on 5 bed House in Swords

The client approached Buildtech to extend and renovate a 5 bed property in Swords that needed more living space and better energy performance. This project included a 36sqm rear extension paired with a complete internal renovation covering the kitchen, bathroom, utility areas, and all floor and wall finishes. Energy performance was addressed through triple-glazed windows and doors, underfloor heating, full attic insulation, and a 12-panel Solar PV installation, reducing long-term running costs. The result is a larger, modernised home with significantly lower energy bills, delivered as a single turnkey project with no surprise costs.
