Rear Extension and Renovation on 5 bed House in Swords

This project was a full design and build for the Buildtech team. It includes a 36sqm Rear Extension and full internal renovation such as new kitchen, bathroom, utility refurbs, as well as new floor and walls finishes. New energy upgrades such as all triple glazed windows, doors, underfloor heating and full attic insulation. There is also a 12 panel Solar PV install included as part of the works.
