The client approached Buildtech to fully renovate a 4 bed property in Dublin 18 that needed significant upgrades across the board. This project included new floor and wall finishes, full electrical rewiring, plumbing upgrades, and bespoke carpentry tailored to the client's requirements. The original layout lacked a proper workspace, so a small rear extension was added to create a dedicated study. Energy efficiency was a priority, with triple-glazed windows, attic insulation, and a 10-panel Solar PV system all installed to bring down long-term running costs. The full project was delivered within budget and managed end to end by the Buildtech team.
