BuildTech recently completed a full house renovation in Dublin 7, which included a wide range of upgrades to transform the property into a modern, energy-efficient home.
The full internal renovation included a full electrical rewire to update the entire electrical system, ensuring safety and efficiency. We also installed a full new heating and plumbing system with a heat pump to provide effective and environmentally friendly heating throughout the house.
The renovation featured two bathroom refurbs, giving both bathrooms a fresh, modern appearance while keeping them practical. A new kitchen was also installed, combining functionality with a stylish design.
To enhance comfort, new underfloor heating was added throughout the home, ensuring warm floors in every room. The property’s energy efficiency was significantly improved with the application of external insulation to walls and attic insulation, helping to retain heat and lower energy costs.
New windows and doors were fitted throughout the house to improve both insulation and security. The interior was refreshed with new wall finishes and new floor finishes throughout, giving the home a clean, modern look.
The project also involved the rebuild of the old garage into a new garden studio, adding extra living space that can be used for various purposes.
