Full Ground Floor Renovation with Rear Extension

The client approached Buildtech to fully renovate and reconfigure the ground floor of their family home, with a new rear extension to enhance space and functionality. The works began with a complete strip-out, followed by structural alterations with new steel supports to create a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area.

The rear extension was built with high-performance cavity walls, upgraded insulation, and an integrated rooflight to maximise natural light. All services were upgraded including new plumbing, boiler, heating system, and modern electrical layout.

The project also included bespoke kitchen, pantry and utility cabinetry, new flooring, joinery, doors, and a new ground-floor WC.
