The client approached Buildtech to extend and fully retrofit their home to modern standards. This project included a rear extension along with a complete refurbishment throughout the rest of the property. The works also included SEAI grant items such as Solar PV, external wrap insulation, and a heat pump. The project also covered a new kitchen, bathrooms, floors, doors, electrical upgrades, painting, and landscaping to front and rear gardens. The result is a fully modernised, energy-efficient home delivered within budget as a single turnkey project.
