The client approached Buildtech to extend and fully renovate their home in Mount Merrion, focusing on improving the home's space, comfort, and energy efficiency. This project included a 20sqm single storey rear extension, adding valuable living space to the existing structure. A full electrical rewire was carried out along with a new heating system featuring a heat pump to boost energy efficiency.
Inside, a new kitchen was fitted along with three bathroom renovations, all designed to be both practical and stylish. The home's energy efficiency was further improved with external insulation. New windows and doors were installed throughout the house to enhance insulation and security.
The interior was completed with new flooring, wall finishes, and painting to give the home a fresh, modern look. The result is a comfortable, energy-efficient home that perfectly meets the needs of its homeowners, delivered within budget and managed end to end by the Buildtech team.
