BuildTech completed a 20 sqm single storey rear extension and a full internal renovation in Mount Merrion, focusing on improving the home’s space, comfort, and energy efficiency.
The project included a rear extension, adding valuable living space to the existing structure. A full electrical rewire was carried out to update the home’s wiring. To boost energy efficiency, a full new heating system with a heat pump was installed.
Inside, a new kitchen was fitted, along with three new bathroom renovations, all designed to be both practical and stylish. The home’s energy efficiency was further improved with external insulation. New windows and doors were installed throughout the house to enhance insulation and security.
To complete the interior transformation, new flooring throughout the entire home was installed, and new wall finishes plus painting were done to give the home a fresh, modern look.
