Our Design & Build Process
Our Design & Build process is divided into three stages:
1. Consultation
We first go through a project questionaire with you to establish if we’re the right fit.
A site visit is then arranged to discuss the project in greater detail, followed by a detailed project estimate.
2. Design
We then work with you to confirm internal layout changes and general arrangements (concept design). After that, we move on to the technical drawings including electrical layouts, home renewables, finishes, etc. The design fee is determined during consultation phase.
3. Construction
Followed by the design stage & once the scope has been agreed, we agree on a start date for the project. You will be given login details to our project management system, where all relevant documents can be uploaded. You’ll be able to track the progress throughout from the project management tool that we provide you.
We then move on to mobilization and site set up, during which the client will be assigned a Project Manager and Project Administrator.
