Salary is dependent upon skills and experience. Key Tasks/Responsibilities: Preparing accounts and analysis, Cash-flow , budgeting and forecasting, Managing subcontractor payments (RCT), Statutory and tax Returns, Managing all aspects of Creditors and Debtors. Review Internal control policies with a view to making efficiencies. Review of current financial processes and identifying changes needed. Experience Required: Previous experience of working in the construction Industry essential. Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA or Similar. Excellent Excel and PC Skills, Dynamic self starter and ability to work on own Initiative. Excellent communication skills.
Have you experience in residential property maintenance or are you a DIY enthusiast. Buildtech have multiple positions available in residential property maintenance. Our property maintenance technician role will require you to be highly organised and be able to work on your initiative. Your role will involve typical repair items within a residential property such as but not limited to fixing door locks, handles, hinges, fixing minor leaks, painting, etc. This role includes a company van once a probationary period is successfully completed.
We require an experience and skilled carpenter to work on their own initiative on a wide variety of property maintenance tasks and on renovation projects including but not limited to replacing door locks, hinges, handles, hanging doors, erecting stud partitions, laminate flooring/beading, repairing of and replacing kitchens etc. You will report to your operations manager who will assist you in scheduling your work orders and liaising with clients/tenants, junior staff will be assigned to you depending on the tasks to be carried out. Initially you will require your own transport but this role includes a company van once probationary period ends
